Plans, payments, and country-specific details.
Yes. Add services for diagnostic or repair labor and products for parts or equipment, with quantities and descriptions appropriate to the job. Save common items for reuse and review the estimate's scope and total with the customer before proceeding.
Yes. After receiving the deposit, record its amount, date, and payment method against the invoice. A partial payment leaves the remaining balance open. Manual payment records rely on your confirmation of money received and do not verify an external bank or payment-app transfer.
Eligible Pro and PyME accounts can use the Puerto Rico refrigeration and A/C technician invoice format when the matching professional credential is active. This format displays credential context; confirm licensing and invoice requirements with the relevant authority or your accountant. Its availability does not establish support for other countries' licensing rules.
Check that your operating country is currently enabled. Each business uses one operating country at a time, and FacturaOS supports English and Spanish. Local tax settings, professional formats, and connected payment options depend on the selected market, plan, and configuration. Creating an estimate or invoice does not automatically charge a customer.
