Before you get started

Plans, payments, and country-specific details.

Can I invoice several lawn care visits on one invoice?

Yes. Use quantities and service descriptions to identify the visits and dates included in the billing period. Keep extras, such as trimming or garden-bed work, on separate lines when you need to explain an additional charge. You remain responsible for the visit schedule and the accuracy of the billed work.

Can I include plants, mulch, and labor in a landscaping estimate?

Yes. Add services for labor and products for the materials, using quantities and descriptions appropriate to the project. Reuse saved catalog items for common charges. Once the scope is agreed, an eligible estimate can become a draft invoice with its line items and totals preserved.

Can I record a materials deposit and a later final payment?

Yes. Record each payment after receiving it, including the amount, date, and method. The invoice keeps the remaining balance until it is fully paid. A manual record documents your confirmation of an external payment; it does not verify a transfer or trigger a charge to the customer.

What should a landscaping business in the U.S. or Puerto Rico check first?

Confirm your operating country is currently available during account setup. FacturaOS supports English and Spanish, and each business uses one operating country at a time. Tax settings, invoice formats, and connected payment options depend on the market, plan, and configuration. Review local invoicing requirements with your accountant before relying on a particular format.
