Regional comparison
Compare the workflow. Configure one country.
Explore six country guides. Confirm the countries currently offered at setup; language and operating country are separate choices.
Market boundary
One country per business account.
Your account works in one country at a time, so invoices, taxes, and records always match where you operate.
Daily operating path
From agreed work to payment.
Start with the customer, move the work forward, and leave the next action obvious.
Client to payment
Compare the whole service workflow
Keep contact, address, and billing history with one client. Review the estimate, convert an eligible one into a linked draft invoice, and record payments against the balance.
- Client and address
- Estimate scope
- Linked invoice
- Payment history
Bilingual work
Choose the language without mixing country settings
Use English or Spanish for interface and document labels. Write your own descriptions and terms in the clientโs language. Language does not change country, currency, taxes, or document requirements.
- English interface
- Spanish interface
- Document labels
- Your service descriptions
Operating profile
Set up one country deliberately
Confirm country availability, currency, and address fields at setup. Each business account uses one country; consolidated multinational accounting is not supported.
- Confirm availability at setup
- One country per account
- Separate local settings
- Currency and address review
Practical examples
Match the records to the work you sell
Separate session and editing, diagnosis and parts, or custom-order products. The country guides adapt the record to the service you sell.
- Photography sessions
- Repairs
- Mobile services
- Custom orders
Local requirements
Review local obligations separately from the workflow
Review invoice requirements, taxes, electronic invoicing, and filings with your advisor. Country selection does not certify compliance or submit returns. Puerto Rico workpapers are separate.
- Invoice requirements
- Tax treatment
- Electronic invoicing
- Advisor review

Country workflows
Find the guide for your operating region
Compare the client, estimate, invoice, and payment workflow with the country settings your business needs. Every guide is available in English and Spanish.
United States and territories
Explore U.S. service invoicing, Puerto Rico's local reporting, and the U.S. Virgin Islands profile. These are separate operating settings, even when a business invoices in USD.
Latin America and the Caribbean
Start with the regional checklist, then review the guide for your country. Currency, address details, tax treatment, and professional reporting requirements need their own review.
Puerto Rico is the default market. Confirm the countries currently offered during account setup; each business account uses one operating country. Regional guides do not imply local tax filing or support for every country or U.S. territory.

What owners ask before getting started.
Which Latin American countries do these guides cover?
The regional guides cover the Dominican Republic, Colombia, El Salvador, Ecuador, Mexico, and Paraguay. Puerto Rico, the United States, and the U.S. Virgin Islands have separate guides. Confirm current operating-country choices during account setup; the list does not imply availability throughout Latin America.
Does choosing Spanish select a Latin American operating country?
No. English or Spanish controls the interface and document labels. The business operating country is a separate setting. Confirm currency, addresses, and tax treatment for the selected profile.
Does this replace local electronic invoicing or tax filing?
No. Do not treat ordinary estimates, invoices, or a country choice as certification for a local electronic-invoicing system or a submitted tax return. Review required formats and obligations with your professional advisor. Puerto Rico currently has the most country-specific workpapers.
Can one account combine operations in several countries?
Each business account uses one operating country. This guide helps compare available country workflows; it does not promise consolidated multi-country accounting or shared tax reporting across countries.
Country pages describe what FacturaOS supports, not tax, legal, accounting, licensing, or regulatory advice. Confirm current local requirements with qualified advisors before relying on a process or document format.
